By accessing or using the bets3 platform (the website, mobile version, and all related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with any condition, please stop using this platform.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the bets3 platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.
• You must play under your own identity and through your own account — playing on behalf of someone else or using third-party funds is not permitted.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

When opening an account at bets3, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, mobile number, and password. Please use a strong password and never share it with anyone.

Identity Verification

We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time. Failure to respond to a verification request may result in the account being temporarily suspended. A copy of your national identity card or passport may be requested for identity verification.

Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details secure.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Accessing or attempting to access another person's account is strictly prohibited.

Payment Methods

bets3 currently supports transactions through Bangladesh's most popular mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
• Only deposit your own funds into your account — depositing third-party funds is not permitted.
• All deposits will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be fulfilled via the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see the Bonus section below for details).

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• After claiming a bonus, wagering requirements must be met within the specified time; otherwise the bonus may be cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or fraudulent activity will result in account closure and bonus forfeiture.
• bets3 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

VIP Program

Regular members can participate in our five-tier VIP program: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback rates increase with each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, up to 0.8% at Platinum, and up to 1.0% at Diamond. Betting Rules

General Betting Policy

All bets on bets3 are final. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error on the platform prevents the bet from being accepted. In the event of any technical error, all bets for that round will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are settled based on the official results of the relevant tournament or league.
• If a match does not finish at the scheduled time or is postponed, bets3 will settle that bet according to its own policy.
• Specific rules applicable to single bets, multiple bets (singles, doubles, trebles), and special markets can be found on the support page.

Casino & Slots

• All casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play.
• Live casino games take place in real time; auto-completion rules apply in the event of a disconnection.
• Each game has its own pay table and rules, which are available within the game interface.

Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Strategic or coordinated betting to exploit the bonus system (Bonus Abuse / Arbitrage betting).
• Placing an abnormal volume of bets using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's servers or systems.
• Defrauding other members or operating an account under a false identity.

• If a request for identity verification is not responded to in a timely manner.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period.

Member's Authority

You may close your own account at any time by contacting the support team. It is possible to withdraw any eligible balance before closing the account, provided it is free of wagering requirements. Bonus funds held in a closed account are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

bets3 accepts no liability for the following:

• Inability to participate in a bet due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Any loss or inconvenience caused by unexpected technical problems.
• Games being unavailable due to server issues with third-party game providers.
• Any unauthorized access or loss resulting from failure to keep your account details secure.
